If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your item, you may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for an exchange:
The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested size or style is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service — we are not liable for items lost in transit.
To request an exchange, please email info@ellaldn.fashion with your order number and reason for exchange. Items sent back without prior contact will not be accepted.
We do not accept exchanges for:
Sale or discounted items
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or scent
Are any purchases final sale?

All full-price items can be exchanged within 14 days, subject to our returns policy.
When will I get my order?
Orders are processed in 2–4 working days. UK delivery usually takes 3–5 working days after dispatch. You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships.
Where are your products manufactured?
All pieces are designed in London.
We work with trusted manufacturers in the UK and overseas to ensure high quality and ethical production.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
